Yesterday I had one of those conversations that fills your cup.

I reconnected with Emma Goodman, a high school friend who I haven’t spoken to in years—our last in-person memory is a blurry, joy-filled trip to Amsterdam nearly a decade ago! ✨

I reached out after seeing her amazing project Embolden by Em, and I’m so glad I did. The work that she is doing with Embolden by Em is amazing, she is translating her lived personal growth journey into empowering support for millennial women all over the world as a coach.

Even with her based in Australia and me in Spain, the time zone difference couldn’t stop us from diving into a beautiful, reflective conversation about life, work, and identity. As someone who’s always valued the richness of a global network, it felt so grounding to speak with someone who just gets it. 🌏💫
