I run an online drama club called The Drama Playground that acts as a creative space where kids can come, play, laugh, and learn important social skills like creative collaboration and active listening.
When I hear that one of my students is bringing games we play in our sessions to their family walks, I consider that a win! Because drama isn’t just about performance. It’s a powerful tool for lifelong learning.
When kids learn to improvise, they’re also learning how to stay present,
respond thoughtfully,
and build ideas together.
