Worth it (and I got to see a beautiful sunrise)!
Day 1 of my three-day facilitation training with Julia Slay, and already so many insights, reflections, and sparks of inspiration.
As an experiential learner, experiencing firsthand other people facilitating is such a brilliant way to learn new ways of engaging and new ways of working. The group is also so diverse – from creatives like me to software engineers and even navy officers… collective wisdom is definitely going to be a very powerful resource over the next few days.
Some words that stuck with me from the day:
attunement,
clarity,
curiosity…
Head is buzzing (already tried a new idea in a session tonight and I liked how it worked out!), brain tired after a long day of very little sleep. Let’s see what tomorrow will bring!
