Conveying Confidence in the Workplace

𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿, 𝗜’𝗺 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

Last month’s Conveying Confidence at Work workshop with Agora Circle was so moving, I am still feeling inspired, grateful, and recharged.

A heartfelt thank you to Kate Deckman and Monica Rodriguez for inviting me into this space. Agora Circle has given me so much over the years, and it was truly a joy to give back to a community that continues to nourish and uplift me. Deep gratitude as well to Pilar Cardenas, my co-facilitator for this project. 💛

Together with 14 incredible women, we explored inner narratives, shared our strengths, and held space for the beginnings of real transformation, all on a beautiful sunny rooftop overlooking Barcelona. The energy was open, playful, and deeply connected.

Work like this reminds me why I do what I do: creating spaces where people feel safe to grow, express, and lead from a place of authenticity and embodied confidence.
