Progress sometimes looks like a few meaningful conversation. That was my week recapped!
🌍 Joined IAF after hearing about this global facilitator community for ages. Excited to be part of the dialogue at last!
✨ A thoughtful call with Tuni about timing, the balance between moving forward and trusting the right moment.
🤝 A catch-up with Kathrin (we met at Enchanted and instantly clicked, both being facilitators with shared values of democracy and inclusion) and now a new project is taking shape. Yay!
🌏 ISTA board meeting this weekend (11pm–1am 😅). Trustees spanning nearly every continent means the occasional late night calls, but deeply worth it to support the amazing work that ISTA is doing for arts advocacy and global learning.
💡 First mentoring session of the year with Erika, and something deeply personal I’ve been working on is finally coming to life.
Nearly finished creating the start of a new chapter, my work as a creative facilitator and trainer in a brand!! Eeee!! Can’t wait to share it with all of you, please stay tuned!!
