Hi, I’m Elana! I am a community builder, 5 star teacher trainer and applied theatre practitioner.
My facilitation style is characterized by my dynamic and energetic demeanor, making complex concepts approachable and empowering for learners. I am committed to delivering high-quality training experiences that inspire learners while nourishing their personal and professional growth. My methodology blends pedagogical theory and research-based methods with a practical, hands-on approach. My practice centers on developing life skills, including social-emotional learning and soft skills, alongside effective communication.
