The first Reconnect Programme has officially come to an end. As it ended, I was reminded that growth rarely comes from one insight alone. it comes from the space where insight, practice, and reflection meet.
Sometimes seeing something from a different perspective is exactly the push we need to make an active change. This can be from seeing it through the varied frameworks like the ones that Kathrin David and I worked with in this project, or even just a simple conversation.
Once we become more aware of the layers in our conversations, with others and with ourselves, we become more empathetic, more intentional, and ultimately better at being in relationship.
But above all, I keep coming back to reflection.
Learning isnโt enough.
Theory isnโt enough.
Practice isnโt enough.
Itโs the connection between them, the moment we stop and really notice what it means in our lives, that creates change.
