Back from August, and feeling refreshed and ready for the final quarter of the year!
I really enjoyed taking a step back, resting and spending time with family, while also quietly cleaning up admin tasks and preparing for Q4 in the background. Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is step back and reset.
Here’s my recap of the first official week back from summer: ✨
🎭 𝗛𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 IAF España 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿: With Allison hosting in her offices, and Martin who was able to join too (woohoo!), Mireia who showed us a practical demonstration of Lego Serious Play which was a true delight.
🎭 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗹𝘀𝗲𝘀𝗺𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: Next week I’ll be heading to Billund, Denmark with Euromentor SL, to deliver a few workshops on deltagelsesmulighed, the Danish educational term for “opportunity to participate” or equality of opportunity.
🎭 𝗟𝗮𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗮 𝟮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗮 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲: Next month, I’ll be heading to Suzhou, China where 20 participants will experience firsthand what applied drama is and why it’s such a useful methodology when working with students.
🎭 𝗛𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: This Sunday I’ll be hosting an open online class on the power of stories, sharing in Mandarin how stories hold so much more than we often realise. This is a taster before the 3-part programme begins the following weekend.
Jumping into Q4 with a continuation of projects, and really looking forward to what’s ahead.
