A week of thinking, planning, and still processing โจ
๐ญ ๐๐ฆ๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐: Over the weekend, spent 6 hours discussing strategy and shaping next steps for this wonderful organization. Having been a student of ISTA – Global Learning Through the Arts back in my Shanghai American School days, it still feels like a real honour to be part of the board and keep learning from people so passionate about the arts in education.
๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ถ๐น๐น ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฐ๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด Bansko Nomad Fest: lots of reflections, ideas, and things Iโm starting to put into action. Met some amazing people like SHOKO Johannes (see you on the Nomad Cruise in November!) Becky Nika Wambui Chelsea Neus Pesudo Dorothea Bianca Piera just to name a few, who were each inspiring in different ways.
๐ญ ๐๐ฒ๐ต๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ๐ฎ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ: working with Marta Cotrim, PhD. and Teresa to shape whatโs next, and excited to bring it to life soon. This Drama in Education programme will be to empower educators to use drama techniques to bring stories to life, capture attention, teach subject material, and make learning stick.
