Mountain Air Reconnection

· 1 min read

Mountains rising behind stone-and-timber houses and green trees under a cloudy sky

I’ve just arrived in Bansko, Bulgaria ahead of Bansko Nomad Fest, and being in the mountains already feels like a deep exhale.

There’s something about mountain air, open space, and the simple act of slowing down that brings me back to myself. Over the years, I’ve come to understand just how important my reconnection practices like breathing and journalling are. It’s in those moments that I feel the calmest, clearest, and do my most productive (and creative!) work.

That’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about Reconnect.

Reconnect is the programme Kathrin and I are running this August for anyone who wants to find themselves again, create more space to pause, and build practices that support a deeper sense of grounding and connection in everyday life. It’s a gentle but powerful invitation to come back home to yourself.

We also have one final free webinar on 2 July for anyone who’d like to get a feel for the programme before August. The link is in the comments.

If you’ve been craving more calm, more clarity, or a way back to yourself, I’d love for you to be part of it.
