LEARN

Develop your facilitation, leadership and creative practice.

For educators, facilitators, therapists, leaders and people who work with groups.

This area brings together two connected offers for people who want to work with groups in a more confident, creative and human-centred way.

Whether you are teaching, facilitating, leading a team or working in a community setting, these trainings help you develop the skills to hold space, design meaningful experiences and respond to the people in front of you.

TWO WAYS TO LEARN

Choose your focus.

Facilitative Leadership

Lead with clarity, care and shared responsibility.

For leaders, educators, facilitators, therapists and anyone who brings people together.

Facilitative Leadership is about creating the conditions for people to participate, contribute and take ownership. Rather than needing to have every answer or control every step, you learn how to guide a group with clarity, curiosity and care.

This may be for you if

  • You lead meetings, teams, classes or community groups but sometimes feel unsure how to bring everyone into the conversation.
  • You want to move away from a top-down style of leading without losing direction or accountability.
  • You want to build more trust, psychological safety and shared responsibility.

Creative Facilitation Training

Use creativity, drama and applied theatre to make learning more participatory, imaginative and meaningful.

For educators, facilitators, artists, activists and people working with groups.

Creative Facilitation Training explores how to use creative and drama-based methods to make learning and experiences more participatory, imaginative and meaningful.

This may be for you if

  • You want to bring more creativity, imagination and participation into your work with groups.
  • You rely on discussion or presentation-based methods and want more engaging alternatives.
  • You want to explore complex or sensitive topics without putting people on the spot.

No acting experience needed.

What you develop

What you'll walk away with.

Practical skills and confidence you can use with your next group.

  • Confidence in holding space and working with group dynamics.

  • Practical facilitation and leadership skills.

  • The ability to design inclusive, engaging and practice-based sessions.

  • Creative and drama-based methods for learning, dialogue and social change.

  • Strategies for adapting your approach to different groups and contexts.

  • A clearer sense of your own facilitation and leadership style.
