CONNECT · TEAM CONNECTION THROUGH CREATIVE PLAY

Team building, done differently.

For team days, offsites, retreats and celebrations, when you want something fun, creative and different from the usual team-building day.

This is a chance for people to step out of the usual work routine, get to know each other differently and create something together.

No scripts to learn. No acting experience needed.

This may be for your team if…

  • You are a new team getting to know one another.
  • You want to reconnect after a period of change, remote work or busy schedules.
  • You are bringing together people from different departments, cultures or locations.
  • You want to welcome new colleagues and build a sense of belonging.
  • You want an experience that is joyful, active and different from the usual team-building format.
  • You want to create a shared memory, not just another meeting or activity.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT

Not another team-building day.

Co-created with your team

Rather than competing in teams or working through a fixed set of challenges, your group enters a shared creative process. Their ideas, stories, characters and choices shape what emerges.

Playful, and carefully facilitated

It is playful and energetic, but also carefully facilitated. People are invited to participate but never pressured, and there are always different ways to contribute.

Connection over performance

Some people may enjoy performing; others may prefer to help shape the story, create images, narrate, make sound or support the group in another way. The emphasis is on connection, laughter and discovery, not acting skills or a polished final show.

A POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE

Your Stories, Our Stage

Instead of starting with a script, we start with the people in the room.

  1. Share

Through guided activities, participants share small stories, memories, observations or imagined possibilities.

  2. Create

These become the starting points for scenes, characters and a piece created together. The group decides what to include and how to bring it to life: some perform, others narrate, direct, create sound or shape the story.

  3. Show

We end with an informal sharing: not a polished production, but something original that could only have come from this group.

People choose what they share. Stories can be light-hearted, fictional or adapted, and personal disclosure is never required.

A session can include sharing stories, improvisation, movement and building a collective story from everyone's contributions.

OUTCOMES

What your team takes away.

More than a fun afternoon, it's a fresh experience of each other.

  • A renewed sense of connection and familiarity with colleagues.

  • Shared laughter, surprise and memories.

  • Experience of listening, contributing and building on each other's ideas.

  • Space for different strengths, personalities and ways of participating.

  • The satisfaction of making something together.

  • A fresh experience of the team as a creative, connected group.

FORMATS

Choose your format.

    Half or full day

  • Offsite or retreat

A session as part of your offsite or retreat.

    Flexible

KIND WORDS

What people say.

…the overarching goal was to provide the participants with activities that brought them joy and built community through storytelling. This was absolutely achieved… By the end of the sessions, people who had never spoke before participated, and participants felt comfortable sharing memories that were more personal.
