Back in Barcelona after a few weeks of travel, and this week felt surprisingly easy to settle back into โจ

๐ญ Visual Thinking Strategies (VTS) Institute ๐ช๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ: Facilitated my first VTS experience at a museum!! At the MNAC no less, with 9 participants from 4+ countries.
๐ญ ๐ฆ๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ๐๐ต๐ผ๐ฝ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ข๐๐ฐ๐ต ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ๐ฎ๐๐ฟ๐ฒ: In my final workshop of this 4 part series, we explored how you can deepen social emotional learning through drama in education.
๐ญ ๐๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐๐ฏ ๐ง๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐ ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด: Our Coliving Hub team Haz Andreea Morgane Elizabeth had a recap call to reflect on Bansko, it was so great to have the team all together again in one call. Was a huge success, we are excited to bring it back in partnership with Bansko Nomad Fest next year.

I love when themes of the week align! This week it was all about social emotional literacy, self-awareness, regulation, and connection. These are not just โsoft skills,โ they are the skills that help us show up better in every part of life.

\1. Check in with how youโre feeling right now, and notice any tension in your body.
\2. Take 3โ5 deep breaths in and out through your nose and diaphragm, making the exhale longer than the inhale.
\3. Check in again, youโll often notice a little less tension and a clearer mind.
